QRensic uses the minimum information necessary to operate subscriptions, licensing, support, and product delivery.
What we process
Subscription purchases are processed by Stripe. QRensic stores license entitlement information, billing identifiers needed to synchronize subscription status, activation identifiers for licensed devices, and customer email/name supplied through checkout.
Application analysis data
QR code evidence and reports are created locally by the desktop application unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. QRensic licensing requests send license and device activation information to the licensing API.
